Welcome Steve! This is Ecogy’s First Official LLM Enabled AI Assistant. Steve can currently be accessed by manually inviting him to Ecogy only Google Meetings Using His Dedicated Email Addresses “Steve-AI@ecogysolar.com”. We will be expanding the ways in which our team can interact with him over time (eg. Via Email or Directly in Ecosuite) It will listen to conversations, record meeting outcomes and can respond to questions. Importantly Steve is very unique when compared to the MANY similar tools being released (ie Otter, Read, TacIQ, Firefliers etc. etc. etc.) - How?
Firstly - Steve is part of the Ecogy team. He will be invited to many meetings across to organization, learning like any other new hire would throughout the process. As odd as it may seem - it is very important that we collectively interact with and educate Steve as we would any other new member of the team.
Steve has direct access to Data in Ecogy’s Ecosuite Database . Ask him a question about project - he is pretty sharp already for a new guy!
Steve trained by Ecogy utilizing Anthropic’s LLM via their API and therefore all data, conversations and prompts that he receives are private to Ecogy ONLY and cannot be used to train the underlying model. THIS IS CRITICAL to info security in our organization.
