Explanation

Actual Energy (kWh)

Ecogy meter (or the Utility meter in the future)

Generation measured by Ecogy’s meter (see Mission Data) via the Econode and stored in Solar Network.

Expected Energy (kWh)

Irradiance

Local pyranometer irradiance data processed by the AMS and mapped onto the system configuration to produce a metric for what the system “should be” producing.

Forecast Energy (kWh)

Modeling

A projection of what a model generated by PV Watts or Helioscope indicates the system will produce each month of the year.

Softledger

Real historical cash flows based on transaction records from Softledger. Revenues are currently input on a cash basis.

Advised ($)

Utility meter/bills

Cash flows based on utility statements and Ecogy-issued invoices as input into Cash Flow Payment Logs.

Anticipated ($)

SN meter + Pro Forma

This is calculated using Actual energy production (measured on an Ecogy meter) as an input into all revenue streams as forecasted in the Pro Forma.

Forecast ($)

Modeling + Pro Forma

Forecasted generation fed through the Pro Forma to determine a forecast of future cash flows.
