Comments

The debate over where comments should live across our many platforms is an ever evolving one

At Present we should stick to the following methodology

1. If a comment contains a significant update to a timeline or project deliverable it belongs in the relevant line within the associated Gannt chart in Smartsheets

   1. eg. For Pre-inspection update: “Electrician was on site 12/20. Fencing will be installed 12/21.”

2. If a comment contains a question, comment or solicitation of resources or assignment it belongs in Slack!

   1. eg. “Hey team - please update the bid plan set to reflect the new inverter location”

3. If a comment is intended to memorialize a narrative related to a project record…
